Having come across many instances of poor customer service I am delighted to be able to compliment Meenu Ahluwalia on producing the exact holiday that I asked for. I am a demanding customer and I was very impressed with the speed and detail responses to any questions that I asked. I also had the pleasure of talking to Meenu on several occasions and found her to be both personable and charming- surely a winning formula in a sales industry. Even on the day she was off when I emailed the office and tried to explain what I wanted to Asiya, Meenu was contacted and immediately sorted out the problem and then explained the procedure from then on. She certainly sealed the deal in a very professional way.
